Diana E. Angell is an enrolled agent (EA) with over 25 years of experience handling individual and business tax returns. As an EA, she also has the immense privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Diana adheres to strict ethical standards and continues her education via the completion of continuing education courses every three years.

Maria Elena Chavez has over 45 years of experience as a Tax Preparer. With her knowledge and experience in preparing tax returns, she continues to serve clients by offering exceptional services.
Fernando Angell has been a Tax Preparer for over 20 years. He started working at H&R Block to gain experience and learn the practice. Later, he joined the Oficina Chavez team to bring his expertise and knowledge to better serve you as a client. Currently, Mr. Angell is serving a term as a CTEC Board member. He assisted with the CTEC Spanish Podcasts.
Vanessa Bernal has been part of our team since 2018. She is certified by the California Tax Education Council (CTEC) and has been preparing tax returns for our office for over six years.
Carlos Mendez joined our team in 2024 as an admin assistant and tax preparer. He is certified by the California Tax Education Council (CTEC) and strives to provide prompt and courteous service.
